A booking made through this platform is a request and is confirmed by the outlet. Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment; late arrival may shorten your session or result in the booking being released.

To cancel or change an appointment, do so through this platform or contact the outlet directly, as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

Provide an accurate name and mobile number when registering. Keep your password safe — activity under your account is treated as yours.

We send booking-related confirmations and reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Marketing messages are optional and can be opted out of at registration or later.

Personal data you provide is used to manage your appointments and related services, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It is never sold, and is shared only with the outlet providing your service.

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown are exclusive of GST. Payment is made at the outlet when you receive your service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the terms in effect at that time.
